International Admission Process

Before beginning to apply for admission, please read all the instructions mentioned in the university booklet (PDF copy) published by the university from time to time. The applicant can apply for admission by following these basic steps:

Choose your interested program at Rayat Bahra University.

STEP 2: Document Submission

Share scanned copies of your academic transcripts via email to [email protected] for eligibility assessment. (Translate documents if not in English.)

STEP 3: Application Form Access

The application form will open after eligibility assessment is complete.

STEP 4: Fee Payment

After receiving the offer letter, pay your registration fee, academic fee, and one-year hostel fee via online bank transfer to Rayat Bahra University.

STEP 5: Acceptance Letter

The university will issue an acceptance letter needed for your visa application.

STEP 6: Visa Appointment

Schedule your visa appointment for an Indian student visa.

STEP 7: Submit Visa Copy

Share a copy of your visa with the International Department via email at [email protected].

STEP 8: Plan Your Travel

Plan your travel to India. Nearest airports: Chandigarh International Airport & IGI Airport, Delhi.

STEP 9: Flight Details for Pickup

Share your flight details and travel dates for complimentary pickup.

STEP 10: Report at Admission Cell

Report to the International Admission Cell with all original academic documents for final admission.

Important Note
  • Ensure the form is completely filled and documents are attached.
  • Attach a translated copy if documents are not in English.
  • If awaiting results, write “Result Awaited”.
  • Failure to meet requirements may result in admission cancellation.
  • Visa processing takes 3–6 weeks. Apply early via Indian embassy.

All international students must have passed English as a primary subject in their A-level / Sr. Sec. / 12th Grade.
