MESSAGE FROM THE DEAN

Prof. (Dr.) Amita Mahajan, with over 30 years of experience in academia, research, and administration, is a distinguished scholar holding a Ph.D. in Crop Physiology & Biochemistry and an M.Phil. from the Department of Botany, Panjab University, Chandigarh, and is UGC-NET qualified. Her research expertise lies in Crop Physiology & Biochemistry, and she is a life member of various academic societies. A dedicated mentor, she has supervised six Ph.D. scholars, five M.Phil., and several postgraduate students. As an esteemed Editorial Board member of the JournalPlant, Science Publishing Group (USA), and Rayat Bahra International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research, she contributes significantly to the academic community. Her prolific research output includes over 40 publications in high-reputation international journals, book chapters, and books with ISBN. She has actively participated in over 20 national and international conferences, presenting scientific papers and sharing insights as a keynote speaker in more than 10 academic, research workshops, and social activities. Her contributions continue to enrich the field and inspire future scholars.
